What’s included in the rent?
This varies by property. Most of our units are fully furnished, while some include only essential furniture. We’re happy to accommodate tenants’ needs to help them create a comfortable home. Utilities are typically billed separately, though in some buildings, water and electricity may be included in the rent.
How long are the rental terms, and is there flexibility?
Our standard rental term is a minimum of 12 months, with options to extend to 24 months or longer upon request.
Do I need to provide furniture, or are the apartments fully furnished?
Most of our apartments come fully furnished. However, we’re flexible and can discuss arrangements if you prefer to bring your own furniture.
How does the application and approval process work?
Applications are managed through a professional letting agency. Standard background checks are required, and we aim to provide feedback or approval within 24 hours.

Yes. Deposits are handled through our partner agencies and are securely protected under an official Tenancy Deposit Scheme, in line with legal requirements.
Is maintenance or support available if something goes wrong in my flat?
Absolutely. Our property management team is available 24/7 to assist with any maintenance issues or emergencies.
